does anyone know what the difference is between the radius 1000 and radius 2000?
can you picth bend with the jog wheel aswell as the pitch bend saying + & -?
A great thing with these are that you can control your pc dj software _simultaneously_ with a cd playing in the deck.
Tip for you out there who’ll give it a try:
Set the midi mode to ‘dual mode’ ; That’ll say that you’re still controlling the cd’s pitch with the pitch-slider.
Of course you would then have to move the pitch slider in your pc based dj software by utilizing your mouse, or another midi-controller.
ok ok,,i considered all my options,,, i m selling my old stantons….not gonna spend more then i owe fo rthe pioneer 400 an di m gettin these instead…hopefully it will be a good investment,,,thanks for your vids really helpful mate u re a legend
i’m looking for store in EU which has radius 1000 and can’t find any in germany from net. does this shop has web site? i’ll be grateful, if you can send me a link…
The Radius 2000 has it’s midi-switch above the pitchcontrol; right where the eject button is placed on the 1000′s
thank you verry much! i don’t need the midifunction cause i already got 3 midicontrollers so i will buy 2 radius 2000 instead of the 1000
greetz DJ CBB
It seems like the main difference between radius 1000 / 2000 is that radius 1000 got midi, but no sd-card or usb-drive compatibility.
I’m not 100% sure, but i don’t think the Radius 2000 got midi support..
- Please correct me if I’m wrong =)
verry good video as always )
got one question.. there is also a radius 2000 .. i think it got the same functions +sd-crad port and usb port for getting music into it. in germany it’s about 30€ cheaper than the radius 1000.. now which one is better? i think the radius 2000.. but woh knows more??
